Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of PTE Practice. By using the app, you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain language on purpose.

What this is

PTE Practice is an independent practice tool for the Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening sections of the Pearson Test of English. It is not the official test, and it is not run by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Pearson.

Scores are a practice emulation, not an official result

The scores and feedback you receive are a transparent, calibrated emulation of how the real test is likely to score a response — they are not official Pearson PTE scores, and using this app does not guarantee any particular result on the real test. Treat them as a guide for where to focus your practice, not as proof of your English proficiency for any official purpose.

VIP plans and renewal

• A VIP plan bought on this website renews automatically at the end of each period (7, 30, 90 or 180 days, as chosen) at the price shown when you bought it, charged to the same card, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Profile. Cancelling stops future renewals; your VIP stays until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Free trial. When we offer one, a new member can start a 3-day free trial on any VIP plan, once per person across our website and apps. A member who has already had a trial or a paid VIP plan on any of them is not eligible. Your card is collected at checkout but not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose starts automatically when it ends: the plan's price is charged then and it renews as described above. If you cancel during the trial, you keep VIP until the trial ends and are not charged.
• To change plans, cancel your subscription; once your current VIP ends you can buy any plan.
• Purchases made in our iOS or Android apps are processed by Apple or Google under their terms.

Provided as-is

PTE Practice is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.

Using the app fairly

• Use the app for your own genuine PTE practice.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its underlying systems.
• Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the question bank or scoring output in bulk.
• Don't use the app for anything unlawful.

We may suspend access for use that clearly breaches these basics.

Trademarks

"PTE" and "Pearson Test of English" are trademarks of their respective owner. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson; the name is used only to describe the test this tool helps you practice for.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
